So you know what's up. I'm back with some Romwe picks <3 I'm currently filled to the brim with school, but I'll try to fit in a few looks for you guys!



Today, I'll be reviewing the following:

Black Lace Choker: I used this in so many of my outfits in this review lol. It's just so versatile. You can even wear it with certain hoodies and it's usually so hard to accessorize with hoodies ^^; It's really simple-looking choker, but not too simple at the same time. It's also pretty comfortable. I sometimes have troubles putting it on, but that's pretty normal for chokers.

 So Here's me with it in an outfit that's also coming up if you scroll down lol.

Still sorta annoys me sometimes (as most chokers do, so it's not particularly a problem with this one). I usually have to take chokers off when I'm having a panic attack because I have troubles breathing haha ^^.
Quality: 4/5 
As seen in the bottom item photo, it's a bit frayed at the top. It's still holding up ok, though.

"I Forgive You" Tee: This is such a cute top! I don't have much to talk about it; I mean, it's a t-shirt. The material is really nice, though. I got a small and the pattern is right where my "heart" is, so I think it's easy to understand haha.

I matched this one a pleated skirt and the Black Lace Choker, going for the tumblr-aesthetic look haha (this is the same outfit as above for the choker btw). Def a really edgy but kyute af. I also had my mcdanks coffee in there because coffee is life (and the colour added to the pic lol). Really easy to match to whatever look you want, though.

Seems to be of pretty good quality!

"Plants are Friends" Tee: Really similar to the "I forgive you" tee, but the fabric is a bit lighter and softer (and a tiny bit less stretchy). Also has a really cute design <3 I've been looking at this tee for such a long time and I'm glad that Romwe was selling it for so cheap ; u ;.
((They're esp. good for those days when you won't take the public's/the government's environmental ignoring shit))
As I said earlier, tees are like the more versatile ever. I just wore it with a cardigan and button-up skirt (review | product). This is a more bookish, cozy look that you can take to it. I also think that this is a rather insta-geeky/booky design, so I went with that vibe ^^

Denim Hooded Jacket: I really wanted to join the whole "hood + jacket" trend, so I got this one! I really like how the jean jacket isn't plain, but also has a cute patch and pockets. It even looks nice when it's buttoned up, which is a total bonus. I haven't worn it out too much yet, but I'd imagine that it's really warm. I would prefer that the hoodie part be actually sewn in, but having it detached really lets you wear it the way you want to ^^.
As far as I know, the zipper functions well. It's not perfect since it's sorta the type that you'd find on jeans, but it's manageable!
So I took out the Black Lace Choker and pleated skirt (I feel like i wear this 1000000 in this review but I guess I was just in the mood). I also brought in the "Plants are Friends" Tee because I was going for the smol and cute look! You can obv wear this so many other ways, but yeah.

Although it's more expensive than the other items in this review, it's def worth.

Light Coffee Knit: ok I GOTTA throw this out there. I've been wearing this so much more than all the other pieces in this review. This one's so baggy and makes me feel like a bear. I esp. like wearing it with a bun hairstyle so that every other part of my body looks small but my torso looks like a lump (it's cute I SWEAR).

Ayy there's the choker again! Damn, I gotta be less basic. Anyways, this one was honestly a bit hard to tuck into things (hence my arm placement), but it's possible haha ^^; . I'd rather just leave it out.

The main thing with this one is that its material frays REALLY easily. Like I wore it about 4 times and it's just covered in fur. Other than that, it's really comfy and super cute.

Burgundy Striped Knit: This is actually my first cropped knit. I'm really a fan of knits with wider torso areas too (to make that "batwing" effect), which made me all the much more excited. I ended up really liking this one (I still gotta find some high-waisted long pants to go with it tho). The one thing that kinda disappointed me with this was the material, though. It seemed to be made of light-ish yarn. Hence, I'm not sure how likely this is to stretch out?
I went for the tumblr aesthetic look again lol. Since it allows for a lot of neck space, I matched it with the Black Lace Choker. I also wore it with my black pleated skirt because why not (and it makes the outfit really cute haha). By the way, it's a brighter colour irl than in the stock photos on the website :/ Still a nice colour, though.

The material is still making question how long it lasts. :/

Pink Knit: This is the perfect summer knit. I'm always looking for excuses to wear knits all year round (don't judge me lol) and this one was really cute! Not too thick and has a pretty short sleeve length. The material feels pretty light. There's an elastic at the end of the sleeves, which seems that they might wear over time :/
I matched this with my white high-waisted shorts. Again, this one can be worn with a bunch of stuff, but because it's pastel, I'd stick with lighter colours (if not black).

Just a mark off because I'm still iffy on the material. It's light, but it's not what I'm really used to.

Cute Lashes: I've actually been super into false lashes lately, so I was bound to get me a pair from Romwe <3. It might have been faulty lashglue, but the lashes kinda fell down a lot. Hence, they weren't as perky as I wanted them to be. Still shows and looks pretty natural, though! Also comes with 8 pairs, which is awesome for just $5.

Lol please excuse my face. I took these right after midterms, which was when my acne was at its peak ; n ; (hence the bear mask). Tbh, I like how they looked on me, despite not being as perky. This may have been because the strap was so thin :/

Feels sorta like any other false lashes, so not perfect.

Came through Canada Post, which took about 2-6 weeks (these items came from 2 diff packages).

Overall: 4.63/5
Even though it was rated the lowest, my favourite item would be the Light Coffee Knit, followed closely by the Denim Hooded Jacket! I was really satisfied with everything in this package, though. This has to be one of the first times that I got tees from Romwe and I gotta say that they were super good quality (especially for their price).
